ASA 101: Basic Keelboat Certification

Course Objective
After these 3 days of instruction on the water, you should be able to skipper your boat safely near the shore, during the day, in fair winds less than 10 knots. This is the first course in the ASA sailing certification system, which is an important building block for future sailing courses.

Scheduling
We will arrange a private course that works with your schedule. Sessions could be once a week for 3 weeks or three days in a row or a hybrid if you choose. Class times are scheduled in four hour blocks, typically from noon to 4pm, but you may schedule them earlier or later if you would like.
